摘　　要：文章综合利用层次分析法以及平衡计分卡理论建立分析模型,对企业信息系统建设初期的可行性进行了分析。目的在于将众多影响系统建设的因素统筹起来进行系统化的分析,以更加全面的视角剖析系统建设的可行性,为企业提供更加科学有效地系统实施方案。This article developed a model, by integrating analytical hierarchy process and balanced scorecard theories, to analyze the implement feasibility of enterprises information system at the beginning. Aimed at put varied factors as a whole to make a systematic analysis, in order to prospect the feasibility of system construction more comprehensive, and provide a scientific and effective system implementation plan to enterprises.
