摘　　要：本文通过对区域的界定,在科技竞争力内涵的基础上,经过对东北三省科技竞争力的对比,分析了吉林省的科技发展现状,最后结合吉林省科技实力和存在的问题,对吉林省区域科技竞争力的提升提出了对策和建议。This article through to the definition of the region, on the basis of connotation of the science and technology competitiveness, and comparison with the competitiveness of science and technology in the northeast, this paper analycl the current situation of the development of scienee and technology of jilin province, at last, combined with the jilin province of scientific and technological strength and the problems exlsfing in the regional science and technology, regional technology in jilin province the promotion of competitive power for the propoosed the countermeasure and the suggestion.
