摘　　要：研制了一种应用于加速度传感器性能测试的仪器装置。以三轴加速度传感器——飞思卡尔MMA7260为研究对象,运用转速可调的旋转平台给加速度传感器施加离心加速度环境。基于单片机为核心进行信号调理,采集到的加速度值通过无线传输模块向外发送,另一侧的无线接收模块接收到加速度值,通过单片机与上位机串口进行通信,上位机读取并显示加速度值。本仪器具有成本低、精度高、可靠性好、使用便捷等优点,在加速度传感器性能测试领域具有良好的应用前景。A new kind of acceleration sensor performance testing system is researched. Using the rotation platform, the Freeseale MMA7260 three axial acceleration sensor can obtain the precison acceleration values. The acceleration signal is amplified and acquired by single chip controller STC12C5A60S2. The acceleration values are transmitted by the wireless send-receive modules. The upper computer obtained the acceleration values through serial port RS232. The system is low cost, accurate, reliable and convenient. The device can be widely applied in the acceleration sensor testing fields.
