摘  要:SO2减排已经成为国际关注的焦点问题,近年来,湿法烟气脱硫技术以其脱硫效率高、适应范围广、技术成熟等优点,成为当今占主导地位的烟气脱硫方法。可再生胺法脱硫技术作为一种新的脱硫方法得到了普遍关注。为进一步的工业设计提供参考依据,今采用乙二胺/磷酸溶液为吸收剂,测定和计算了在填料塔中乙二胺/磷酸溶液吸收烟气中SO2的体积总传质系数KGa,并研究了液气比、乙二胺浓度、进口气体中初始SO2浓度、吸收液初始pH值及反应温度对KGa的影响。实验结果表明,KGa随液气比的增大、乙二胺浓度的升高、吸收液初始pH值的增大而增大;体积总传质系数随初始SO2浓度的升高、反应温度的升高而降低。Reducing sulfur dioxide emission has become the focus of world attention. In recent years, wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) becomes the main FGD method, because it has high desulfurization degree, wide field of applicability and the mature technology. The flue gas desulfurization by using regenerable amine solution as absorbent is a kind of new method which obtains universal attention. In order to provide reference data for the future industrial design, under different operation conditions the volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients of SO2 removal from flue gas into ethylene diamine/phosphoric acid solution in a packed column were measured. The effects of main operating variables, such as the ratio of liquid to gas, the initial concentration of ethylene diamine, the initial concentration of SO2, the initial pH value of the absorption solution and the reaction temperature, on the KGa value were investigated. And the results show that Koa could be improved by increasing the ratio of liquid to gas, the initial concentration of ethylene diamine and the initial pH value of the absorption solution. The volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients decrease with increasing reaction temperature'and the increasing initial concentration of the SO2.
