摘　　要：随着维和行动的不断发展、演变，维和警察的职能也逐渐扩大。职能和任务的复杂化要求维和警察应当具备在多元文化环境下处理复杂问题的能力，要求他们对于任务区当地及维和警察主要派遣国的文化有一定的了解和认识，避免由于认识上的偏差发生不必要的冲突和麻烦。从语言、风俗和政治文化三个层面对联合国维和任务区出现的文化差异进行研究，以期对维和警察在任务区的执勤执法工作有所裨益。As the development of the UN peacekeeping, the responsibility of the UNPOL has been enlarged to many aspects. It requires the UNPOL to be able to deal with the complex dilemma in the multi - dimensional cultural envi- ronment and know well about the culture of the mission areas and the UNPOL contributing countries in order to avoid cultural shocks. The paper researches on the cultural difference from the following three aspects which are language culture, custom culture and political culture, which aims to help the UNPOL in the mission when confronting the cultural difference problems.
