人文关怀在耳鼻喉内镜检查中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀应用于耳鼻喉内镜检查中的护理效果。方法在本院耳鼻喉科护理部门推行人性化护理模式，对本院耳鼻喉科选取的110例耳鼻喉内镜检查患者，调查患者对耳鼻喉内镜检查环境、服务态度、沟通教育、护理技术四个方面的满意情况，在检查过程中实施人文关怀为主的护理模式，对110例患者进行护理效果满意度调查。结果通过人文关怀式的护理工作，110例患者对内镜检查环境满意度98．6％，对护理人员服务态度满意度97．9％，对检查中的沟通教育满意度96．8％，对护理技术满意度98．1％，总体满意度98．75％，比人文关怀式护理实施前有了明显提升（P〈0．05）差异有统计学意义。结论耳鼻喉内镜检查中的护理技术与护理态度具有同等的重要性，人文关怀是护理技术更好发挥的关键前提，人文关怀值得在耳鼻喉内镜检查中应用。Objective To investigate the nursing effects of humanistic care on ENT endoscopy.Methods The humanistic nursing model was carried out for nurses in the department of ENT in our hospital.110 patients with ENT endoscopy were selected and were investigated for satisfaction degree of environment,service attitude,communication education,nursing technique.Results In 110 cases of endoscopic examination environment satisfaction to nursing staff in 98.6％,service satisfaction 97.9％,examination of communication satisfaction on nursing education 96.8％,nursing skills satisfaction98.1％,overall satisfaction 98.75％.There was a statistically significance.Conclusions In the examination of ENT endoscopy both nursing skills and nursing attitude are importance,humanistic care nursing is the key to better play the role of nursing,it is worthy spreading.
