摘 要:目的采用绘人测验研究术前访视对学龄前期儿童的心理影响。方法选取ASA1级且首次接受手术治疗的择期手术患儿82例,将手术患儿分为2组,其中未访视组40例,术前未做访视;访视组42例,应用术前访视流程给予针对性的术前访视。2组患儿均在术后第1~3天进行回访,通过绘人测验进行测试,分析术前访视对患儿的心理影响。结果访视组在自我意象指标中的自我同性、微笑唇形、针尖样瞳孔、闭眼、人以外这5个情绪指标中积极情绪指标明显高于未访视组(P<0.01),Koppitz评价结果中的3个以上情绪指标和3个及以下情绪指标中,访视组分别为35.7%和64.3%;未访视组分别为77.5%和22.5%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论术前访视的开展能减轻学龄前期手术患儿的心理障碍,缓解学龄前期儿童术前焦虑不安的情绪心理。Objective To explore the psychological impact of preoperative visit to preschool children by painted test. Methods Select 82 cases who was ASA1 level and underwent surgery for the first time with elective surgery. They were divided into two groups, no visiting group has 40 cases and take surgery without preoperative visit; visiting group has 40 cases and take surgery with targeted preoperative visit.Pay a return visit to two groups in the first, second and third postQperative days by painted people test and analysis the psychological impact of preoperative visit to preschool children. Results The self-image index such as self-same-sex, smiling lip, pinpoint pupils, eyes closed, a person other of the visiting group significantly higher than no visit group (P〈0.O1). Koppitz evaluation results in three or more emotional indicators and three sentiment indicators, the visiting group were 35.7% and 64.3%; the no visiting group were77.5% and 22.5%, a statistically significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion Carried out the preoperative visits can reduce the psychological barrier of preschool children with surgery, reduce thepsychological anxiety in preschool children before surgery.
