疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的疗效。方法将2008年1月至2009年12月40例老年腹股沟疝患者(对照组)行传统疝修补术,2010年1月至2011年12月40例老年腹股沟疝患者(治疗组)行疝环填充式无张力疝修补术。比较2组的手术时间、第1次下床活动时间、住院日、并发症发生率及复发率。结果疝环填充式无张力疝修补术与传统手术相比,具有手术时间短(P<0.01),下床活动时间早(P<0.01),住院日短(P<0.05),并发症少(P<0.05)的特点,患者随访1～2年无复发,2组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论填充式无张力疝修补术具有创伤小、恢复快、患者痛苦少、并发症发生率及复发率低的特点,不增加患者费用,能缩短住院天数,提高舒适度,减轻护理工作量,值得推广。Objective To observe the effects of ring filling mode of the tension-free hernia repair in old patients with inguinal hernia. Methods There were 40 cases of old patients with inguinal hernia （control group） treated by the conventional hernia repair during 2008.1 to 2009.12, and there were 40 cases of old patients with inguinal hernia（treatment group） treated by ring filling mode of the tension-free hernia repair during 2010.1 to 2011.12.The time of surgery, ambulation time, length of stay, rate of complication and relapse were compared between two groups.Results Compared with conventional surgery, ring filling mode of the tension-free hernia repair can shorten operative time and length of stay, have earlier ambulation and fewer complications,comparisons between two groups are differences have statistical significance （P〈0.05）.No recurrence was followed up for 1-2 years.Conclusion There is less trauma,pain,rate of complications and recurrence,faster recovery and so on in the ring filling mode of the tension-free hernia repair. The ring filling mode of the tension-free hernia repair is an ideal method and worthy to be popularized.
