摘 要:采用共沉淀法合成了一系列类水滑石试样,经焙烧得到复合氧化物催化剂,命名为CMA。采用了X射线衍射(XRD)、N2-吸附脱附等手段对试样的结构、比表面积等进行了研究,并且在固定床反应器上,考察了它们在丙酮气固相缩合制异佛尔酮反应中的催化性能。结果表明,CMA复合氧化物是一种有效的丙酮缩合制异佛尔酮的催化剂,其最佳的制备条件为,晶化时间12 h,焙烧温度500℃。使用该催化剂,在空速为1.0 h-1,反应温度为250℃时,丙酮转化率达54.53%,异佛尔酮的选择性和收率分别达65.06%,35.48%。A series of hydrotalcite samples were prepared by co-precipitation, then calcinated the corresponding oxides which was named CMA obtained. Structure and specific surface area of the CMA were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption-desorption. It was investigated that the catalytic performance of the CMA in reaction of gas-solid condensation from acetone to isophorone in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the composite oxide of CMA was an effective catalyst for acetone condensation to isophorone. The best preparation conditions were crystallization time of 12 h and the calcination temperature of 500 ℃. The conversion rate of acetone was to 54.53%, selectivity and yield of isophorone to 65.06% and 35.48% respectively under conditions of air speed at 1.0 h-1 and 250 ℃.
