摘　　要：学报属学术期刊,在一定程度上有它的特殊性:在体制上属高校的一个部门,在行业性质上属一个出版单位。学报面临改革是我国深化体制改革的大势所趋。改革的目的是推动学报向更加健康的方向发展,其核心在于夯实学报的软实力,这是学报改革的关键所在。School Journals, as academic magazines, are special ： part of a college system and a publisher in nature. The school journal reform is a necessary result of a profound structural reform in China. The reform aims to make the journals develop in a good direction. The core or key is to strengthen the soft power of the journals.
