摘　　要：介绍了聚乳酸纤维(PLA),总结概括了国内外聚乳酸纤维及其与棉混纺织物的染色技术。通过分析涤棉混纺织物的染色技术进展,包括两浴法、一浴两步法以及一浴一步法,指出PLA与棉混纺织物的染色可以借鉴涤棉混纺织物的染色方法;探讨了PLA与棉混纺织物一浴一步法染色存在的技术问题以及染色时的注意事项,表明染料和助剂品种的不断开发会为PLA与棉混纺织物一浴一步法染色新技术的产业化提供支持,值得进一步深入研究。This paper introduces the polylactic acid fibe(rPLA)and summarizes the dyeing technologies of both polylactic acid fiber and its blended fabric with cotton.Through analyzing the dyeing technology progress of polyester/cotton blended knitted fabrics including two-bath method,one-bath two-step method and one-bath one-step method in both foreign and domestic markets,it concludes that these dyeing methods can be introduced to the PLA/cotton blended knitted fabric.In addition,this paper discusses the technological issues and precautions in dyeing PLA/cotton blended knitted fabric by one-bath one-step method.It indicates that the more and more development of dyes and auxiliaries can provide support for industrialization of one-bath one-step dyeing method for PLA/cotton blended knitted fabric,which deserves further study.
