基于监事会视角的我国上市银行公司治理效率剖析

摘　　要：我国上市银行近年经营管理水平虽然得到较大提升,但在公司治理效率方面仍不理想,很大程度上源于组织结构中的监事会治理存在一定缺陷。本文正是从监事会视角对我国上市银行公司治理效率做一剖析,并在此基础上提出相关政策建议。Even though the operation and management of China's listed banks has been greatly enhanced in recent years,the management efficiency is far less satisfied which is largely resulted from the flaws of the board of supervisors.The article analyzes the management efficiency of China's listed banks from the perspective of the board of supervisors and makes policy recommendations on this basis.
