摘  要:以采自湖南省益阳、怀化、张家界的野生假俭草为试验材料,对其进行梯度降温胁迫处理,测定其SOD酶活性、可溶性糖含量及MDA含量。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,随着温度的降低,益阳假俭草叶片细胞中可溶性糖含量快速增加,叶片中MDA含量增加量最少,表现出平稳中略有增加的趋势,SOD保护酶活性并没有明显的变化;张家界和怀化2个种源地的假俭草,随着温度的降低,其叶片细胞中可溶性糖含量呈现出升高趋势,MDA的积累也呈快速增加趋势,SOD保护酶活性则呈先增加后降低的趋势;11℃是张家界和怀化2个种源地假俭草细胞膜不受伤害(或受伤害较小)的分界点,温度低于这个分界点,假俭草的细胞膜会受到一定程度的伤害,且这种伤害会随着温度的降低快速表现出来,益阳假俭草则由于叶片细胞内有较多的糖分积累,可以忍受更低的温度胁迫;益阳假俭草是本试验中筛选出的抗寒种源。Three wild centipede grass from Yiyang, Huaihua and Zhangjiajie were treated by low temperature stress and the SOD activity, MDA content and soluble sugar content of them were measured. The results showed that, under low temperature stress, with tem- perature decreasing the soluble sugar content of centipede grass from Yiyang increased fast and the MDA content increased slightly, in addition, MDA content accumulated the least among the three geographical centipede-grass, while the SOD activity had no significant changes. With the temperature decreasing, the MDA content of centipede grass from Zhangjiajie and Huaihua accumulated fast and the SOD activity increased at flint and then decreased, except the soluble sugar content increased. 11℃ was the demarcation point for cen- tipede grass from Zhangjiajie and Huaihua and when the temperature decreased to 11 ℃, the cytomembrane of them would be hurt to some extent. Owing to the soluble sugar content of centipede grass from Yiyang increased sharply, so it was tolerant to lower tempera- ture. The centipede grass from Yiyang was selected as the cold resistance one in this trial.
