摘 要:为研究亚临床酮病是否会对奶牛繁殖性能造成一系列影响,分别从产后奶牛中筛选出41头亚临床酮病奶牛、非酮病奶牛作为试验组、对照组奶牛,统计2组奶牛受孕前配种次数、受孕率、分娩至受孕间隔。另从以上试验组、对照组奶牛中分别挑选出8头奶牛于分娩后2~34d、配种后3~9d进行生殖激素含量的检测。结果显示,试验组奶牛受孕前配种次数、分娩至受孕间隔均要大于对照组奶牛(P>0.05);试验组奶牛在第1、3次配种时受孕率小于对照组奶牛(P>0.05),在第2次配种时受孕率大于对照组奶牛(P>0.05);试验组奶牛在分娩后2~34d内的P4最大值、最小值均小于对照组奶牛(P>0.05);试验组奶牛首次排卵时间显著大于对照组奶牛(P<0.05);首次配种后3~9d内,试验组奶牛的孕酮含量在配后第9天时显著低于对照组奶牛(P<0.05),雌二醇含量在配后第5天时显著低于对照组奶牛(P<0.05)。亚临床酮病会导致奶牛的繁殖性能降低。In order to study the impact of subclinical ketosis on reproduction performance in postpartum dairy cows, 41 cows with subclinical ketosis were used as experimental animals in test group and 41 healthy cows applied in control group. Statistical data of insemination times before conception, conception rate and the interval between delivery and conception were obtained from the above groups. In addition, 8 cows were selected from the two above groups, respectively, and the levels of reproductive hormone from 2nd day to 34th day of postpartum were measured. In addition, these hormone levels were also detected from the 3rd day to 9th day after the first insemination. The result indicated that the insemination times before conception and the interval between delivery and conception of test group were higher than that of control group (P〉0.05). The conception rate in test group after the first and third insemination was lower than that of control group (P〉0. 05). However, the conception rate of test group after the second insemination was higher than that of control group (P〉0. 05). The maximum or minimum level of progesterone in the test group was lower than that in control group from 2nd day to 34th day of postpartum (P〉0. 05). The first ovulation interval of test group was significantly longer than that of control group (P〈 0. 05). Furthermore, during the 3rd day and 9th day after the first insemination, the progesterone level of test group was significantly lower than that of control group,especially on the 9th day (P〈0.05). The estradiol level of test group was significantly lower than that of control group on the 5th day after the first insemination (P〈0. 05). In conclusion, subclinical ketosis decreased reproductive performance in dairy cows.
