肾病患者血清内源性类洋地黄物质含量变化

摘　　要：为了观察内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)在肾病患者血清含量变化及其与病情的关系。在1996～1997年我们观察了37例肾脏疾病和30例健康人血清EDLS的含量。结果显示慢性肾功能衰竭与肾功能衰竭患者血清EDLS的含量高于健康正常组(P<0.01);急性肾功能衰竭患者血清EDLS的含量高于健康正常组(P<0.005)。提示属钠利尿激素的EDLS可能参与了肾脏疾病的发生发展,其含量变化可反应患者病情的轻重。To investigate the concentration change of the serum endogenous digitalis - like substances (EDLS)in the patients with nephropathy and the relationship between the EDLS and the conditions of their nephropathy.We measured the serum EDLS in 37 nephropathy cases and 30 healthy cases from 1996 to 1997, The result indicated that the serum EDLS in the patients with chronic renal failure and nephrotic syndrome was significantly less than the healthy controK P <0. 01),and that one in patients with the acute renal failure was significantly higher than the healthy controK P <0. 005),It reveals that the serum EDLS may be involved in the generation and development of the nephropathy, and its concentration change is related with the conditions of the nephropathy
