摘　　要：总结了39例鼻出血患者的护理体会,主要包括准确估计出血量,明确出血部位及原因,迅速止血,加强专科护理和心理护理,认为及时正确的救治和积极的护理配合可有效缩短疗程,提高疗效。Summarized 39 cases of epistaxis patients＇ psychological nursing experience, which mainly includes estimating the amount ot bleeding accurately, clearing the location and cause of bleeding, and stopping bleeding rapidly. It needed to enhance specialist nursing and psychological nursing. It can efficiently shorten the course of treatment and improve the effect of treatment by means of timely and correct treatment as well as active nursing cooperation.
