摘 要:研究新烟碱类杀虫剂哌虫啶(IPP)的合成新工艺。通过对稠环化、醚化反应催化剂和溶剂进行筛选,两步反应总收率82.9%(以哌虫啶中间体"胺化物"计),产品含量95.6%。其中稠环化反应,选用了三乙胺作催化剂,乙醇作溶剂,收率88.1%,比文献值高20%以上。新工艺具有原料易得、收率高、成本低等优点。A new synthesis process of IPP, a neonicotinoid insecticide, is studied in this article. The overall yield of the two step reaction is 82.9%(based on the aminate, an intermediate of IPP), and the content of IPP is 95.6% by screening of catalyst and solvent for fused ring reaction and etherification. The yield 88.1% of fused ring reaction is obtained with triethylamine, ethanol acted as a catalyst and a solvent respectively, which is increased by 20% than the yield of relative literature. Compared with the usual routine, the new synthesis process has the advantages of high yield, low cost, and easily available raw materials, and so on.
