摘  要:曲管压力平衡型膨胀节是一种结构形式复杂的金属膨胀节类型,主要用于吸收管道或设备因热胀冷缩等原因产生的轴向与横向组合位移。简述了曲管压力平衡型膨胀节的结构特点和工作原理,结合工程实践,采用专用管道应力分析软件CAESARⅡ建立包含曲管压力平衡型膨胀节的管道模型,对该管道进行应力分析与评定,并校核运行工况下该膨胀节的轴向与横向位移是否满足膨胀节设计的允许位移值要求。Pressure balanced bend expansion joint is a complex structure metallic one, and it is mainly applied for absorbing axial and lateral deflection in pipeline due to temperature change. In this article, the structural features and working principle of pressure balanced bend expansion joint was briefly stated. Combined with engineering practice, the model of pressure balanced bend expansion joint was established by using piping stress analysis software CAESARⅡ and the stress analysis was carried out. The stresses from the analysis were assessed, the axial and lateral deflection of the expansion joint under working condition were checked.
