碳酸氢铵防治轮虫及其对螺旋藻生长的影响

摘  要:在螺旋藻规模化、开放式养殖过程中,利用碳酸氢铵(NH4HCO3)对受轮虫污染危害的螺旋藻培养液进行杀虫处理,结果表明:当碳酸氢铵浓度>150 mg/L时,螺旋藻轮虫的防治效果在24 h内可达90%以上,浓度越大杀虫效果越好,耗时越少;当碳酸氢铵浓度>250 mg/L时,杀虫效果提高的同时对螺旋藻群体的生长也会产生不同程度的抑制和危害;当碳酸氢铵浓度<100 mg/L时,轮虫防治效果不到50%,生产实践中无应用价值。正常情况下利用碳酸氢铵进行规模化防治螺旋藻培养液轮虫的浓度为200mg/L左右,并在条件许可时于傍晚前后施用为佳。In this paper, more than 90% of rotifers in Spirulina medium were killed in the 24 hours when the dosage of ammonium bicarbonate was more than 150 mg/L. Of course, the percentage increased and the hours reduced with a larger dose. But the dosage of ammonium bicarbonate more than 250 mg/L would result in dif- ferent degrees of inhibition and damage to the growth of Spirulina. The effect of controlling rotifers was not ob- vious when the dosage of ammonium bicarbonate was smaller than 100 mg/L. As a result, the dosage of am- monium bicarbonate to control rotifers with large - scale was about 200 mg/L under normal circumstances, and it was best to apply around evening, if the condition allowed.
