愈痫灵方加减联合抗癫痫药治疗难治性癫痫临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨愈痫灵方加减联合抗癫痫药(AEDs)治疗成人难治性癫痫(IE)的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择符合诊断和纳入标准的病例130例,按照Doll's临床随机表法分为治疗组和对照组,分别予愈痫灵方联合AEDs及单纯AEDs治疗。定期随诊并记录用药后患者的临床发作症状、频率及不良反应等,6个月后复查视频脑电图、肝肾功能和血常规。以总体疗效、癫痫临床症状积分及脑电图异常程度积分作为临床疗效评定指标,并对比药物保留率。结果治疗6个月后,2组总体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后2组癫痫症状总积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组脑电图改善率、癫痫发作频率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中西药结合治疗组优于西药对照组。结论愈痫灵方联合AEDs能减少IE发作频率、减轻发作症状严重程度、改善脑电图异常程度,且无明显不良反应,可提高用药保留率。Objective To investigate clinical effects and safety of Yuxianling Decoction and anti-epileptic drugs （AEDs） in treating adult intractable epilepsy （IE）. Methods A total of 130 available and definitely diagnosed cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group with Doll＇s clinical table method, and was treated with Yuxianling Decoction combined with AEDs and AEDs respectively for six months. The total effective rate, scores of epilepsy and abnormal degree of video electroencephalography （VEEG） were observed as clinical effective indices, and the pharmaceuticals retention ratio was compared. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in general efficacy, epilepsy score and VEEG improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yuxianling Decoction combined with AEDs has a definite therapeutic effect on IE in decreasing the frequency and severity of seizure, improving the abnormal VEEG, without obvious adverse reaction, and has higher pharmaceuticals retention ratio.
