摘  要:文章研究了一种不需要调节pH,在20~80℃间就能形成高粘度凝胶的堵剂。确定了交联剂的浓度在0.23%~0.27%、稳定剂的浓度在0.12%~0.18%之间既能使该堵剂强度达到最大值,又能有效控制成本。经过室内实验研究了温度、pH、剪切力、高矿化的地层水等对堵剂性能的影响,实验结果为随着温度升高,凝胶粘度增加,但温度大于70℃后会有比较平缓的下降,其适应地层温度为20~110℃;pH过高,过低都会加速堵剂形成凝胶,当pH为6~7时,对施工最有利。The paper introduced a plugging agent which donot need adjust pH can becoming high viscosity gel between 20~80 ℃. Defining the concentration of crosslinker was 0.23 %~0.27 %, stabilizing agent was 0.12 %~0.18 %, so that it can make the intensity of plugging agent higher and also control the cost. It had evaluate temperature, pH, shear stress, high salinity formation water affecting the function of plugging agent by laboratory research, the results was that the viscosity of this plugging agent gel will be biger when temperature become higer, but it will be decrease when temperature beyond 70 ℃and the decrease was more easer. The proper formation temperature was between 20~ 110 ℃, it will accelerate plugging agent becoming gel ifpH was too high or too low, so the proper pH between 6~ 7 was beneficial to construction.
