摘 要:对奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti焊接接头分别在650℃、750℃、850℃承受不同时间后的性能进行了实验研究,探讨了温度及时间对接头屈服强度、抗拉强度以及冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,高温下焊接接头强度及冲击韧性随时间的增加成对数下降;在650~850℃内,焊接接头强度及冲击韧性随温度的升高而线性降低。拟合了焊接接头屈服强度、抗拉强度以及冲击韧性与温度及承受时间的关系式。Experimental investigation was carried out on the property of the austenitic stainless steel 1Crl 8Ni9Ti joint weld subjected to the temperature of 650, 750 and 850 degree for different time. The effects of temperature and time on the yield strength, tensile strength and impact toughness were discussed. The results indicate that the strength and impact toughness of l Crl 8Ni9Ti joint weld decline logarithmically with the increasing of time in the high temperature. Moreover, the strength and impact toughness of l Crl 8Ni9Ti joint weld decline linearly with the increasing of temperature. The correlations of the yield strength, tensile strength and impact toughness with temperature and time were fitted.
