摘 要:文章对十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(cTAB)改性粉煤灰处理含苯胺废水进行了研究。通过实验考察了吸附时间、改性粉煤灰粒度、吸附珏矗度、废水的pH和改性粉煤灰加入量对废水中苯胺去除率的影响。实验结果表明,改性粉煤灰处理含苯胺废水的最佳处理条件为:吸附时间为30min、改性粉煤灰粒度为120-140目、吸附温度为25℃、废水的pH为3.0、改性粉煤灰加入量为6g。在此条件下可使50mL模拟含苯胺废水中苯胺的浓度由500mg/mL降至15.03mg/mL,苯胺的去除率达97%。利用改性粉煤灰处理含苯胺废水不仅处理效果好而且达到了以废治废的H的。In the paper, the treatment of aniline wastewate over flyash modified with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) were studied. Through experiments, the effects of adsorption time, granularity of modified flyash, adsorption temperature, pH of wastewater, modified flyash dosage on removal rate of aniline in the wastewater were reviewed. The experiment results indicated that the optimum conditions of treatment of aniline wastewater over modified flyash were: adsorption time was 30 rain, granularity of modified flyash was 120-140 item, adsorption temperature was 25 ℃, pH of wastewater was 3.0, modified flyash dosage was 6 g. Under these optimum conditions the concentration of aniline was decreased from 500 mg/L to 15.03 mg/L in 50 mL simulated aniline wastewalcr, the removal rate nfanibne was 97 %. The aniline wastewater was treated well by modified flyash which was waste.
