摘　　要：针对老区焦化蒸氨系统存在的蒸馏效率低,废水氨氮严重超标,氨分解炉频繁跳机,炉体热偶频繁损坏的故障进行了系统分析,制定了定修方案,对系统进行了停产检修,排除了故障,稳定了蒸氨和氨分解的生产,实现了废水、废气的达标排放。According to the old coking steamed ammonia system existence the distillation efficiency low, ammonia nitrogen wastewater exceeds bid badly, ammonia decomposition furnace frequently stop machine, furnace body thermocouples frequent damage the system fault analysis, formulated the constant repairing scheme, the system for the production maintenance, to solve the problem, stable steamed ammonia and ammonia decomposition production, realize the waste water, waste gas discharged..
