摘  要:从机组运行经济性引风机选型、脱硝和脱硫系统的影响等角度分析了取消增压风机方案。结果表明,取消增压风机可以节省运行成本;动叶可调轴流式风机和静叶可调轴流式风机均可以用作引风机,前者运行经济性较好,后者耐磨性较强,维护成本低;脱硝和脱硫系统的异常运行均可能额外增加烟风系统阻力,影响机组运行稳定性,建议一方面提高脱硝和脱硫系统的运行维护水平,另一方面在风机选型中考虑异常工况的出现,合理设计引风机裕量。The project of canceling booster fan was analyzed from the view of unit operation economics, draft fan lectotype, influence of denitration and desulfuration system. Results showed that the absence of booster fan could save operation cost. The axial fan of adjustable moving blade and adjustable stationary blade are both able to be used as draft fan, while the former has better operation economics, and the latter has the advantage of better abrasion resistance, low maintenance cost. Abnormal run of denitration and desulfuration system might increase the flue gas resistance, and then influence the unit stability. Thus, for canceling booster fan, the operation and maintenance level of these systems must be raised, and also abnormal conditions should be considered during fan allowance calculation.
