摘 要:介绍了2座90 m高钢筋砼冷却塔及1座150 m高钢筋砼烟囱一次性定向爆破拆除。针对冷却塔底部直径大、可倾倒范围小的环境特点,采用预先开凿加大高度的导向窗和减荷槽、抬高爆破切口等新技术,实现冷却塔倒塌过程中充分解体,爆堆的长度和高度小,触地振动小。通过把爆破切口提高到+17.0 m标高处,实现150 m高烟囱在只有156 m可倾倒长度范围内定向倒塌。The simultaneous directional explosive demolition of two 90 m high reinforced concrete cooling towers and a 150 m high reinforced concrete chimney one time is introduced. For the large diameter of cooling tower base and small scope of toppling and falling,some related technologies were applied such as pre-cut oriented windows and off-loading trough design and blast cut height promotion. Result shows that The cooling tower was fully disintegrated and the muck pile scale and height were decreased also, accompanied with reduced ground vibration. Through excavating cut level promotion,the 150 m high chimney was demolished and directionally collapsed in no more than 156 m length range.
