摘 要:为了解决新疆塔河油田泥岩段缩径阻卡、钻头泥包及井壁失稳问题,都护4井在二开和三开井段应用了新型聚胺钻井液。室内试验表明,新型聚胺钻井液具有强抑制性、优良的润滑性能。都护4井二开井段应用新型聚胺钻井液,有效解决了胶泥岩段阻卡和钻头泥包难题,没有出现任何复杂情况,钻井周期比邻井都护1井缩短了15d。三开井段应用新型聚胺钻井液,解决了大段复杂膏泥岩段泥页岩水化膨胀造成的井壁失稳和缩径问题,井下正常,钻井周期比都护1井缩短了50d,平均井径扩大率仅为4.37%。新型聚胺钻井液在都护4井的成功应用表明,该钻井液可以有效解决胶泥岩段阻卡和钻头泥包难题,保证井下安全,缩短钻井周期,提高钻井效率。In order to resolve the problems of hole shrinkage, bit balling and borehole instability in mudstone section of the Xinjiang Tahe Oilfield,a new polyamine drilling fluid was applied in section 2 and section 3 of Well Dull 4. Laboratory test shows that the new polyamine drilling fluid system has strong inhibition and good lubrication property. Its application in section 2 of Well Dull 4 effectively solved sticking and bit bailing problems in the mudstone section, preventing any complications, resulting in the reduction of 15 days in drilling cycle than offset Well Dull 1. In section 3 of the Well Dull 4,it has solved the problems of borehole instability and tight holes caused by complex hydration swelling of gypsum mudstone and shale, the drilling cycle time was 50 d shorter than Well Dull 1, and average hole enlargement rate was only 4. 37%. The successful application of novel polyamine drilling fluid in Well Dull 4 shows that the drilling fluid can effectively solve tight hole and bit bailing in mudstone rocks, ensure the safe drilling,reduce drilling cycle time, and improve drilling efficiency.
