摘　　要：Dicer是microRNAs生成的关键酶,目前已对其结构功能特性及调控机制进行了深入研究,其在免疫系统尤其是免疫细胞的发育分化及功能中起到了非常重要的作用。The generation of microRNAs is dependent on the RNase enzyme Ⅲ Dicer, of which the structure, function, and regulatory mechanism are well studied. In immune system, Dicer plays an important role in cell growth,differentiation and development of immunocytes.
