盘阀在壳牌煤气化装置煤粉输送系统的应用

摘　　要：简述了壳牌煤气化装置的工艺流程和煤粉输送系统的工艺原理;分析了煤粉输送单元采用的硬密封浮动球阀存在的问题及其原因;提出了以双向盘阀替代硬密封浮动球阀的技改措施。结果表明,2011年4月在煤粉输送单元B系列开始试用盘阀,至今未发生故障和内漏现象。Author has briefly described the process flow of Shell coal gasification plant and the process principle of pulverized coal conveying system; has analyzed the existing problems and its reason for hard sealed and floated ball valve adopted in the pulverized coal conveying unit;has proposed the technical reformation measures for hard sealed / floated ball valve replaced by the two-way disc valve. Result indicates that since starting to try to use the disc valve on April in 2011 in B series of pulverized coal conveying unit, no fault and also no inner leakage occur up to now.
