摘　　要：为了更加准确地把握Partnering模式的实质内涵,并且明确该模式与虚拟企业模式和战略联盟模式间的异同,基于Partnering模式产生的背景,以其最具有代表性的美国建筑业协会(CII)的定义为蓝本,对Partnering模式的定义进行了系统剖析,并比较分析了Partnering模式与虚拟企业模式、战略联盟模式的本质差异和相似之处,以利于更准确地把握Partnering模式的实质内涵。In order to grasp more precisely the substantial connotations of the partnering model and determine the similarities and differences between the partnering model, and the virtual enterprise model and the strategic al- liance model, this paper analyses the definition of the partnering model systematically, and compares the similar- ities and differences of the partnering model with the virtual enterprise model and the strategic alliance model based on the background of the partnering model and the most representative definition of CII in the Association of American Architecture.
