摘 要:活性染料短流程湿蒸连续轧染染色工艺具有固色率高,重现性、匀染性和透染性优良的特点。与传统的轧-烘-蒸和轧-烘-轧-蒸工艺相比,能耗低,染化料节约,符合染前节能减排国策,在低碳经济时代,是值得推广的一项先进的染色工艺。阐述了湿短蒸工艺的理论基础和影响因素,并以翔实的生产实践数据说明该工艺从固色率、化学品排放和能源节约方面都超过常规轧蒸工艺。继续完善该工艺在实践过程中发现的问题,再加以改进后进行推广,以响应国务院发出的进一步淘汰落后产能工作通知中有关印染行业的具体目标与任务。The wet short steaming pad dyeing of reactive dyes has the advantages of high fixation rate, goodreproducibility, levelness and dye penetration. Compared with the traditional process of pad-cure-steam and padcure-pad-steam, the wet short steaming process can save more dyes and energy, which is an advanced dyeing process and worth popularizing under the situation of low carbon economy. The paper introduced the theory and technological parameters of wet short steaming dyeing process, and showed that the advanced process is superior to regular pad.steam process in fixation rate, chemical effluent and energy-saving. It is necessary to continue to improve the process technology and popularize the technology so as to respond to the call of Notice of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Elimination of Backward Production Capacities, in which there is specific aims and tasks for dyeing and printing industry
