摘　　要：我国竞技体育政府型管理体制的出现是历史的选择,对我国竞技体育的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。我国的竞技体育的管理体制改革起初是顺应社会经济发展的潮流的,但后期为保证北京奥运任务的顺利完成,改革步伐放缓,到现在已经远落后于社会主义市场经济改革的步伐,各种矛盾日益凸显。运用系统哲学的原理预设出我国竞技体育管理体制的发展脉络,认为现在已经到了加快我国竞技体育管理体制改革步伐的最佳历史时机,并提出了现阶段我国竞技体育管理体制改革的任务。the athletic sports of China government type management system is the emergence of the historical choice, to our country the development of competitive sports played a huge role. China＇s competitive sports management system reform at first is conform to the trend of the social and economic development, but later to ensure that Beijing Olympic Games successful completion of the task, and reform the pace slow, has now been far behind the reform of socialist market economy step, various contradictions increasingly prominent. Using the principle of systems philosophy default out our country competitive sports management system development venation, think now of athletics sports of our country to speed up the pace of reform of the management system of the best historical opportunity, and puts forward a reform of the management system of athletics sports of our country of the task.
