摘　　要：运用文献资料法,结合管理学、体育学和社会学理论等学科的相关知识,从我国当前社会、政治、经济、文化背景出发认为:体育管理主体就是体育管理活动中掌握管理权力、承担管理责任并决定管理方向和进程的主要管理者和管理机构;现阶段我国体育管理的主体应当包括行政机关、事业单位、企业组织和社会组织,并对各管理主体在体育管理中的作用进行了定位、对各管理主体的管理职能进行了分析,以促进我国体育管理的健康发展,为我国体育管理体制改革提供理论参考。the method of literature, combining with management science, sports science and sociology theory discipline the and so on related knowledge, from our country＇s current social, political, economic and cultural background start think ： sports management main body is the sports activities in the management of master management power, take management responsibility and decided to management direction and processes of the main managers and management institution, The subject of the management of sports in our country at present stage shall include administrative departments, institutions, enterprise organizations and social organizations, and the management main bodv in soorts management of function orientation, to each management main body management function are analyzed, in order to promote the healthy development of China＇s sports management and sports management system reform for our country to provide a the-oretical reference.
