摘　　要：目的:对中药祖师麻其中的一种基源药物黄瑞香研究现状的综述。方法:查阅20年内黄瑞香相关文献,进行分类及总结。结果:黄瑞香化学成分主要有香豆素类、黄酮类、木质素类、萜类;黄瑞香剂型有黄瑞香注射液、祖师麻膏药、祖师麻片;黄瑞香组织培养有愈伤组织培养和茎尖培养;扦插育苗中用100 mg/kg浓度的GGR6号生根剂浸泡插穗6 h扦插,苗木生根率最高。Daphne giraldii that is one of the base drug of Daphne giraldii Nitsche was reviewed. Methods Access 20 years related literature about Daphne giraldii, classification and summarization. Results ： Chemical composition of Daphne giraldii have coumarins, flavonoids, lignins, terpenoids ; Dosage form of Daphne giraldii have injection, plaster, tablet; tissue culture have callus cultivating and meristem-tip culture ; About Cutting seedlings, 100 mg/kg of the concentration of the GGR6 to soak cuttings, seedling root rate is the highest.
