摘　　要：目的:掌握江西省农村居民基本药物可及性状况。方法:采用分层随机抽样调查,结合检查档案、实地查看等多种方法获取资料并进行统计分析。结果:基本药物品规配置率较高,药品安全监管有力,质量可靠,农民获取方便,满意度较高。结论:江西省农村居民基本药物可及性较好。Objective： To master the basic drugs availability status of the rural residents in Jiangxi Province. Methods： Stratified random sample survey, the inspection file, the field view and so on are used to obtain information and statistical analysis. Results： The basic drug regulation allocation rate is higher, drug safety is superintended strong, quality is reliable , the farmer gets conveniently, and satisfaction is higher. Conclusion： The availability of basic drugs is in good condition of the rural residents in Jiangxi province.
