摘　　要：利用面上评估、点上评估和深度访谈相结合的方法,对全国临床路径试点工作进行评估。评估结果发现临床路径试点工作进展顺利,实施效果显著,保证了医疗质量和安全,提高了医疗效率,控制了不合理医疗费用并规范了临床用药等行为。同时,提出临床路径管理工作中需要完善的问题。To evaluate the nationwide clinical pathway pilot work implemented by MOH, through combining methods of field evaluation, overall assessment and depth doctor interview are done. The evaluation results reveal that the clinical pathway pilot work goes well, and has achieved significant effect; it has guaranteed the quality of medical service, improved the efficiency of medical service and controlled the unreasonable medical expenses, and standardized prescription practice. Meanwhile, the study puts forward the problems needed to be solved in clinical pathway management.
