摘　　要：为配合国家医疗体制改革和财政预算体制改革,更好地执行新的《医院财务制度》和《医院会计制度》,加强医院的财务核算、预算监督和管理,就医院预算管理办法以及相关问题提出了几点认识。In order to help the reform of national medical system and financial budget system, to imptement new hospital Financial System and Hospital Accounting System, and to enhance hospital financial accounting, and the supervision and management of budget, some thinking about hospital budget management meth6ds and relative problems are proposed.
