摘 要:ELISA法(酶联免疫吸附测定法)是在药物开发、医学检查、生物基础研究中生化检测的重要手段。ELISA法的操作中,为了数值结果的可靠、一致性以及可重复性,要求在加液操作中,溶液加注量准确而且一致性好,操作速度快;否则就会严重影响到ELISA法数值结果。虽然已经有电子多道移液器这些设备,但是人工操作环节往往达不到要求,使实验数据不可靠。提出一种自动液面控制的多道移液器,其采用闭环和程序控制,使用步进方式移动96孔托盘和精度控制移液器的机械、电子装置,使微量液体加注准确度高、速度快,确保检测得到稳定的结果,实现微量加液自动化。ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is an important detection tool for the drug development,medical examination,the study of the biological basis.In order to get the numerical results which also requires reliability,consistency and repeatability,the operation of the ELISA method is strictly ruled,like adding the accurate amount of liquid solution and the consistency of operating speed;otherwise it will seriously affect the results.Although there are electronic multi-channel pipette equipment,the handling operation is often below the standard and the experimental data is not reliable.This paper presents an automatic machine,which is consisted of a closed loop process control,stepper-moves of 96-well plate and precision control multi-channel pipette machinery,electronic devices,can realize micro-liquid filling with high accuracy speed,to ensure stable detection results and automation of liquid fueling.
