摘  要:提出了特大型双排四点接触球转盘轴承在径向、轴向载荷和倾覆力矩联合作用下疲劳寿命的计算方法,基于静力学建立了变桨轴承载荷分布的分析模型,得到轴承在不同游隙及载荷下的接触载荷,然后根据Lund-berg-Palmgren理论,计算出各个套圈的当量滚动体载荷,由套圈的额定滚动体载荷和当量滚动体载荷计算出各个沟道的额定寿命,进而计算得到变桨轴承内、外圈的疲劳寿命及整个轴承的疲劳寿命,并分析了轴承额定寿命与轴承游隙及沟曲率半径之间的关系。结果表明:随着轴承负游隙绝对值增大,轴承额定寿命先增大后减小;轴承沟曲率半径系数越大,疲劳寿命越小。A computational method is presented for the fatigue life of an extra large - scale double row four - point - contact ball beatings under the axial load, radial load and overturning torque. The analytical model for load distribution of pitch bearing is set up based on statics and the contact load of bearing under different clearances and loads are stud- ied. The equivalent rolling element load of each ring is calculated according to Lundberg - Palmgren theory, and the rating life of each raceway is got by calculating the rating rolling element load and equivalent rolling element load of ring. The fatigue life of inner and outer tings and overall pitch beating are obtained. The relations of the rating life of the bearing versus the clearances and the raceway groove curvature radius are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of absolute value of the negative clearance, the value of rating life of pitch slewing bearing increases first and then decreases, and the fatigue life of pitch slewing beating decreases with the increase in coefficient of raceway groove curvature radius.
