摘　　要：以14.7tex15/20/65羊绒/黑竹炭/长绒棉混纺针织纱为例介绍了黑竹炭纤维混纺纱的生产工艺流程以及在纺纱过程中应注意的问题。认为首先要设计好合理的纺纱工艺路线,选用恰当的工艺参数;做好原料的和毛预处理工作,保证原料混合均匀,油水均匀,达到规定的上机回潮率;梳棉要快转移、低速、保护针布不受损;并条低速、防返花;粗纱低捻、防纱疵;细纱防静电、降毛羽。只有采用了恰当的技术措施,及时有效地解决混纺生产中出现的技术难题,才能保证产品的顺利生产。Taking 14. 7tex 15/20/65 cashmere/black charcoal bamboo/long-staple cotton blended knitting yam as an example to introduce black charcoal bamboo fiber blended yam processing flow and the attentions in the spinning process. The first thing is to design a reasonable spinning process route with appropriate process parameters well determined. The pretreatment of raw materials is followed to ensure uniform mixing of the raw materials, oil and water to reach the prescribed moisture regain. Fast-moving, low speed and carding clothing wet protection are needed in carding. Low speed and cotton flys prevention in drawing. Small twist and yam faults prevention in roving are requested. Static electricity proof and hairiness reducing in spinning are demanded. Only by adopting appropriate technical measures as well as timely and effective resolution of technical problems in blended production, can smooth production of new products be ensured.
