摘　　要：设计的特宽型缩幅定形剪切机是特宽型缩幅定形机的配套产品,用于定形后的涤纶及丙纶高密度织物的定长定幅,为带式过滤机提供合格的工业过滤用布。主要包括特宽型缩幅定形剪切机总体结构设计与各组成机构设计,具体介绍了剪切机结构组成、工作原理,确定了机器相关性能参数。本机器剪切精度较高,提高了生产效率,安装方便,具有一定的应用和经济价值。The extra-wide contraction amplitude shearing cutting machine, a supporting product for length and width setting of shaped polyester and polypropylene high density fabrics, can provide qualified industrial filter cloth for belt filter. The general machine structure design and components design as well as the machine concrete structures and working principles are descried with the machine performance parameters determined. The shearing machine is of high shearing accuracy and convenient installation, improved the production efficiency, showing certain application and economic values.
