摘 要:立足全路生产办公房屋产权产籍现状,从物权法、铁路投融资体制改革和铁路多元化经营的角度,客观分析目前铁路生产办公房屋产权产籍管理的依据及必要性。针对铁路生产办公房屋产权产籍管理方面存在的不足和问题,结合现场调研和法律规定提出理顺管理体制、抓好产权户籍管理、把好新建房屋登记领证关等项建议,以期为铁路生产办公房屋产权产籍管理工作提供参考。Based on the situation of property right and register of whole railway production and oifice buildings, the arti- cle analyzes the basis and necessity of management of property right and register of the current railway production and office buildings from property law, railway investment and financing system reform and railway diversified operation. In the light of the deficiencies and problems of management of property right and register of the railway production and of- rice buildings, according to the on-site surveys and legal provisions, the article makes some suggestions, such as making management system in order, doing well management of property right and register, and registration certificate for new buildings, to provide some references for management of property right and register of railway production and office build- ings.
