摘  要:目的观察脉冲波掺钕钇铝石榴石激光治疗机(Q开关Nd:YAG脉冲激光机)和微晶祛疤机联合治疗红色增生疤痕的修复疗效。方法将100例红色增生疤痕患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例,实验组首先采用微晶祛疤机磨削增生部分疤痕,疤痕部位脱痂愈合2周后,再用Q开关Nd:YAG脉冲激光机治疗疤痕部位。对照组采用单纯微晶祛疤机治疗。通过观察两组患者术后疤痕的痒痛症状、软化程度、平整情况、颜色外观的变化,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果实验组治疗的总有效率为88%,对照组治疗的总有效率为64%,实验组的疗效眀显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉冲激光机和微晶祛疤机联合治疗红色增生疤痕,修复疗效好,不易复发,效果明显优于单纯微晶祛疤机治疗。Objective To observe the curative effect of combination therapy ofNd: YAG laser medical instrument with continuous wave (Q-Switched Nd, YAG laser-welding) and microcrystalline dispel scar device for red hyperplasia scar. Methods 100 patients with red hyperplasia scar were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental g)oup had dermabrasion for hyperplasia scar with microcrystalline dispel scar device firstly, 2 weeks after decrustation, the Q-Switched Nd, YAG laser-welding was used to treat the scar. The control group only received the treatment of microcrystalline dispel scar device. The total effective rates were compared between the two groups through observation of postoperative scar urticant painful symptoms, softening degree, flatness situation and changes of color and appearance. Results The curative rate in the experimental group (88%) was superior to the Control group (64%) (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The combination therapy of pulse laser and microcrystalline dispel scar device has good repair'effect in the treatment of red hyperplasia scar, and the effect is better than single microcrystalline dispel scar device.
