240例围绝经期及绝经期妇女取环的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析围绝经期及绝经期妇女取环效果的影响因素。方法选择2010年3月至2012年2月在我院进行取环术的围绝经期及绝经期妇女240例。通过统计分析病例和取环效果,总结影响围绝经期及绝经期妇女取环效果的影响因子。结果 240例取环者,取环顺利209例,取环困难31例,分别占87%和13%。其中,年龄、绝经年限、宫颈萎缩程度、是否定期体检、置环年限是影响取环效果的统计学因素,其χ2值分别为0.974、0.982、12.035、8.733、10.853,P值均小于0.05。文化程度、住所、孕次、流产史对取环效果的影响不显著,P>0.05。结论妇女因尽早进行取环术,并坚持定期检查,以减少取环困难。Objective To analyze the influential factors of perimenopausal and menopausal women with intrauterine device （IUD） removal. Methods 240 cases ofperimenopausal and menopausal women with intrauterine device （IUD） removal in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2012 were selected. The influential factors were summarized through the statistical analysis. Results Among 240 cases of IUD removal, 209 cases were smooth removal, 31 cases were difficult removal, and the percentage was 87% and 13% respectively. The age, menopausal age, cervical atrophy degree, regular physical examination and IUD positioned period were the statistical factors to the removal effect, and χ2 was 0.974, 0.982, 12.035, 8.733, and 10.853 respectively, all P 〈0.05. The cultural degree, residence, times of pregnancy, abortion history were not significant to the removal effect, P〉0.05. Conclusions Women should have IUD removal as early as possible, and maintain regular physical examinations to reduce the difficulty of IUD removal.
