阿米福汀注射液副作用的观察与中西医护理

摘　　要：总结40例癌症患者在使用阿米福汀注射液配合化疗的护理体会。认为用药前掌握阿米福汀注射液的作用机理及配合化疗的意义,掌握阿米福汀注射液的不良反应及应对措施,重视情志护理,用药中正确配制与给药,密切观察患者血压情况及消化道反应,并做好护理。通过临床观察,2例患者在静滴完阿米福汀注射液15分钟内出现低血压、伴眩晕、冷汗,12例患者出现消化道反应,余未见不适症状,40例患者均顺利完成化疗。The nursing experiences of 40 cancer patients with amifostine injection combined with chemotherapy were summarized in this paper. It was significant for us to control mechanism of amifostine injection and compliance with chemotherapy before treatment, to master the adverse reactions and response measures of amifostine injection, to pay attention to the emotional nursing, proper preparation and administration, close observion of the patient＇s blood pressure situation and gastrointestinal reactions, good nursing methods. Among 40 cases, 2 patients had hypotension, vertigo, cold sweat within 15 minutes of amifostine infusion; 12 patients had gastrointestinal reactionas; the rest revealed no uncomfortable symptoms. All the 40 patients successfully completed chemotherapy.
