摘　　要：目的讨论肿瘤患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)后的并发症与护理对策。方法选择我院2011年3月至2012年2月接受化疗的肿瘤患者50例,通过回顾分析并总结相关的治疗过程,分析肿瘤患者PICC置管后的合并症以及相应的护理对策。结果 50例接受化疗的肿瘤患者PICC置管后,有3例患者导管顶端进入颈内静脉;4例患者出现了静脉炎;有2例因未到医院进行维护,出现了导管堵管;有3例患者出现了局部感染,其中:2例穿刺点局部皮肤红肿,并出现脓性分泌物,1例患者体温达到37.9℃,有明显的低热症状;有1例患者在PICC置管后1月出现局部湿疹。上述患者经过对症治疗,并发症得到缓解或者消失。结论有效的护理可以减少PICC置管后的并发症,为患者的治疗提供更好的帮助。Objective To discuss the tumor patients with PICC tube complications and nursing countermeasures. Methods 50 cases of patients with chemotherapy received in our hospital from March 2011 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed for the complications and nursing countermeasures of tumor patients with PICC tube through the review and summary of relevant treatment process. Results After insertion of the PICC tubes, 3 patients were on top of the catheter into the internal jugular vein; 4 cases of patients with phlebitis; 2 cases appeared with the catheter obstruction due to not being back to the hospital for maintenance; 3 patients had local infection. Among them, 2 cases had puncture point local skin irritation, and the emergence of purulent secretion, one patient reached body temperature of 37.9 ℃, with obvious fever symptoms; one patient had local eczema one month after PICC tube insertion. The patients＇ complications were relieved or disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions Effective nursing can reduce the PICC tube complications, which will provide better help for the treatment of patients.
