新生肌膏在糖尿病患者足部慢性溃疡的治疗及护理

摘　　要：目的观察新生肌膏(new myogenic-cream)治疗老年糖尿病患者足部慢性溃疡的疗效,并总结护理措施。方法将93名老年性糖尿病足部慢性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组同样使用内科治疗、局部换药;治疗组外敷新生肌膏,比较两组患者足部溃疡的疗效差异,并总结护理方法。结果治疗组细菌培养阳性率下降,整体疗效及治疗时间明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新生肌膏能显著改善糖尿病足部慢性溃疡的愈合,有效的护理干预能促进患者的康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of new myogenic-cream and nuring in patients with chronic diabetic foot ulcer, and summarize the methods of nuring. Methods Ninety-three elderly patients who suffered from diabetic foot ulcer were divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group received the treatment of new myogenic-cream while the control group received routine treatment; the two groups were compared efficacy differences. And the methods of nursing were summarized. Results The time of wound healing in the experimental group was significantly shorter, moreover, the experimental group showed significant advantages on the total effect, and bacterial culture positive rate of descent, compared with the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions New myogenic-cream can promote healing chronic diabetic foot ulcer, effective nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
