摘　　要：目的探讨13例腹腔镜下右半结肠切除术的手术配合和护理。方法对术前病人的评估、准备及器械准备、术中配合、术后护理等进行总结。结果 13例手术平均时间225.5min,出血量15～50mL,第10～15d出院。结论通过充分的术前准备,熟练使用各种器械仪器以及和外科医生默契的配合能够有效缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,减少住院天数。术前的充分准备,术中仪器、器械的正确使用与保养,熟练的手术配合是手术成功的前提条件与手术保障。Objective To explore the surgical cooperation and nursing of 13 cases of laparoscopic right-side colon resection. Methods The patients＇ preoperative evaluation, preparation, equipment preparation, intraoperative nursing cooperation and postoperative nursing were summarized. Results 13 cases of patients had mean operative time of 225.5 min, bleeding volume of 15 to 50 mL, and were discharged 10 - 15 d. Conclusions Sufficient preoperative preparation, skilled use of all kinds of equipments and instruments and tacit coordination with the surgeons effectively shortened the operation time, reduced bleeding volume and hospital stay. Sufficient preoperative preparation, correct use and maintenance of all kinds of intraoperativ equipments and instruments, proficient surgical cooperation are the premise of the successful operation and the surgical security.
