摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术护理特点。方法总结150例经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术治疗肾结石护理,对其术前、术中、术后所采取护理措施进行分析。结果 148例经皮肾穿刺碎石成功,无发生造瘘管脱落、感染等并发症,顺利拔管,痊愈出院。2例穿刺扩张失败,术中转开放手术。结论充分的术前准备,安全舒适的手术体位,术中安全护理,术后的严密观察和导管护理是保证经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术成功的必要条件。Objective To discuss the operation nursing of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser. Methods 150 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calculi were nursed and summarized. The measures of the preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative nursing were analyzed. Results 148 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy were successful without the complications of ostomy tube shedding and infection, extubated smoothly, cured and discharged from hospital. 2 cases of puncture expansion failed, with intraoperatibe conversion to open surgery. Conclusions The necessary conditions to ensure successful percutaneous nephrolithotomy are adequate preoperative preparation, safe and comfortable surgical position, intraoperative safety of nursing, postoperative close observation and catheter nursing.
