摘　　要：目的探讨护理操作规范化培训的效果。方法对2010年5月至2012年7月的21名护士护理技术进行规范化培训,并与2008年8月至2010年4月的护士考核效果进行对比分析。结果经改革后的规范化培训,护士的护理操作考核成绩明显提高。结论护理技术规范化培训能够有效提高护士的操作水平。Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing operation training. Methods 21 nurses were selected to receive the standardized training of nursing techniques between May 2010 and July 2012, to comparatively analyze the training effect with the examination results of the nurses between August 2008 and April 2010. Results The examination results of nursing operation were significantly different before and after the standardized training. Conclusions The standardized training of nursing techniques can effectively improve the operating level of the nurses.
